چکیده
A review of the authors’ research works on Variable-Angle Spectroscopy (VASE) graphene-based films is presented. The interaction graphene oxide (GO) with magnetron-sputtered metals a promising area. VASE optical models GO thin deposited titanium (Ti), silver (Ag) and gold (Au) are discussed. Moreover, properties nanoplatelet (GNPS) reduced (RGO) stabilized Poly(Sodium 4-Styrenesulfonate) (PSS) films, which less studied graphene-related materials, shown. Finally, different behaviors chemical vapor deposition (CVD)-grown monolayer, bilayer, trilayer silicon polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates recapitulated.

Spectroscopic ellipsometry of metal phthalocyanine thin films.
Optical functions of cobalt phthalocyanine, nickel phthalocyanine (NiPc), and iron phthalocyanine (FePc) have been determined by use of spectroscopic ellipsometry in the spectral range 1.55-4.1 eV (300-800 nm). The samples were prepared by evaporation onto glass and silicon substrates. The optical functions were determined by point-to-point fit. Absorption spectra were also measured. The index-...
متن کاملUltraviolet−Visible Plasmonic Properties of Gallium Nanoparticles Investigated by Variable-Angle Spectroscopic and Mueller Matrix Ellipsometry
Self-assembled, irregular ensembles of hemispherical Ga nanoparticles (NPs) were deposited on sapphire by molecular beam epitaxy. These samples, whose constituent unimodal or bimodal distribution of NP sizes was controlled by deposition time, exhibited localized surface plasmon resonances tunable from the ultraviolet to the visible (UV/ vis) spectral range. The optical response of each sample w...
متن کاملDetermination of AlAs optical constants by variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry and a multisample analysis
Determination of AlAs optical constants by variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry and a multisample analysis" (1995). Using variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry, optical constants for AlAs (1.4-5.0 eV) are presented which are simultaneously compatible with measured data from four different samples. The below-gap index values are compatible with published prism measured values. The secon...
متن کاملOptical characterization in the vacuum ultraviolet with Variable Angle Spectroscopic Ellipsometry: 157 nm and below
As device feature sizes shrink below 0.18 μm, shorter wavelength exposure tools are being investigated to meet the requirements for higher resolution. Understanding the optical properties of thin films and substrate materials at short wavelengths (193 nm, 157 nm, and shorter) will be necessary to develop the lithographic process. Variable Angle Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (VASE) offers nondestru...

InP optical constants between 0.75 and 5.0 eV determined by variable-angle spectroscopic ellipsometry" (1995). Faculty Publications from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. 59. Using variable-angle spectroscopic ellipsometry (VASE) InP optical constants for photon energies have been determined in the range from 0.75 to 5.0 eV, which includes the fundamental gap at 1.35 eV.
